GUEST PRIVILEGES

  • Guests (other than an extended family member) may not play golf, tennis or pickleball as a guest, whether of one or more Members, more than six (6) times cumulatively in any season, not including Club-sponsored events. Extended family members include the Member’s children (and their spouses) age 25 or older, grandchildren (and their spouses), parents, grandparents, step-children and step-parents.
  • Unaccompanied guests (including extended family members) may not be issued a guest pass for more than 14 cumulative days in a season.
  • There are currently no restrictions on the number of times a person may be a guest during the off-season.
  • The sponsoring Member shall be responsible for all charges incurred by the guest.
  • The sponsoring Member is also responsible for the conduct of his or her guests while at the Club. If the manner, conduct or appearance of any guest is deemed to be unsatisfactory, the sponsoring Member, at the request of the Club, shall cause the guest to leave the Club premises.
  • Except as approved by the Director of Golf and/or Director of Sports Club and Spa, guests using the Club Facilities must be accompanied by the sponsoring Member.

SPORTS GUEST POLICY

Daily
  1. 6:00 – 11:00 am: The Fitness Floor is limited to Members only.
  2. 11:00 am – 7:00 pm: Guests are welcome to enter the fitness facility for workouts.
  3. Anytime: Guests are welcome to use the pool and take part in Group Exercise classes.
  4. Members are provided use of the Spa lockers and Spa facility with or without treatment. Guests must have a treatment booked on the day the Spa lockers and wet area are used. General use of these areas are not provided for Guests without a service.

 

GOLF GUEST POLICY

March 1, 2026 through April 26, 2026
  1. Anytime: Members and Member Accompanied groups with only Family Guests*.
  2. After 11:30 am: Member Accompanied groups with one non-family guest.
  3. After 12:00 pm: Member Accompanied groups with two or more non-family guests.
  4. After 12:30 pm: Unaccompanied guests**.
Regular priority access*** to the starting tees will be in effect.

Non-family guest – Max 6 rounds per season (November 2025 – April 2026)
 
*Family Guests include father, mother, son, daughter, grandchildren and in-laws of these categories.

** Unaccompanied guest groups must be approved by the Director of Golf. Between November 1 and April 30 unaccompanied guest groups will be required to:
  • Employ a forecaddie unless waived by the Director of Golf.
  • Play as late as possible with enough time to finish 18 holes.
*** Regular Priority Access: For those times when multiple groups have all players present and are ready to be assigned a starting position/time, the following priority guidelines will apply:
  • Groups consisting of all Members.
  • Groups with more Members than guests.
  • Groups with equal number of Members and guests.
  • Groups with fewer Members than guests.
  • Unaccompanied guest groups**.
