DINING RESERVATION PROCEDURES
We have switched to OpenTable's private dining platform to help us manage the reservation process and reduce the number of no-shows. OpenTable will automatically send a text reminder 48 hours before a reservation. You will need to press 1 to confirm or 9 to cancel. If you can't make the time you reserved, it is very important that you cancel in advance. This will allow us to accommodate other Members. You can also cancel via phone or email. Effective immediately, we will charge a $50 fee per person for dining no-shows.
